eek!

More fun from Say It With Letters! When I earned my recent guest design spot with Deb, I took the opportunity to buy an extra set of her products to alter. Here's what I made!

The bat uses Doodlebug sugar coated cardstock, red bling and Platinum Stickles. Click on the image for a closer look at the pattern on the bat.

This e uses the Verbal Creep paper from Reminisce.

This white e uses spiderweb paper by Art Warehouse/Creative Imaginations.

The k features Halloween Whimsy Orange Swirl paper by K & Co. All three letters have Orange Peel Stickles around the edges and share one pack of Jolee's Boutique dimensional stickers.

Say It With Letters - FALL

It certainly is starting to feel like fall around here! To celebrate, I was lucky enough to alter this beautiful set of FALL letters from Damboise Designs and Say It With Letters. This Smerkin font is brand new and wide enough to hold all the paper and goodies you want to show off. I added sunflowers, wheat, fall leaves, acorns, twine and ribbon to mine. Each letter is predrilled with a keyhole hanger if you want to use the set on the wall. I used mine on my fireplace mantle propped against a few small votive candle jars. Detail photos for this project can be seen here.

Special thanks to Deb Damboise at Say It With Letters for this guest designing opportunity. I have a set of her Halloween shapes and letters in the works...stay tuned!

Some Happy News

I got an awesome email from Deb Damboise of the Say It With Letters blog that I'll be guest designing for them this fall. I'm so excited! I have had a chance to work with Deb's products earlier this year for SAR, so I'm really looking forward to seeing what she has in mind for me. Thanks for this opportunity, Deb!

A Page in Time

A few months ago I was invited to guest design for A Page in Time kit club. They offer 3 mini kits each month based mainly on patterned papers and one coordinating item such as alphas or rub ons. I showed a sneaky peek of these projects last month, but I can finally share all the projects I made with their October kit. Click here to see my work, and start the slideshow when you get to their site.

Besides getting to use my latest portraits of Matthew, my favorite project to emerge from this kit club is this fall mini album. The bare album was a RAK from my friend Tam, and all the added embellishments came from my ridiculous stash of fall supplies. I was happy to use some of them up and clear out the drawer for new ones. You can see the entire album in the slide show. Thanks for looking!
