Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! Today's post is packed with lots of ideas for some very different cards. I was able to use my supplies to customize the cards for each person which really makes each gal feel special. The card above is for my Mother in Law who is taking her first Hawaiian cruise this summer. Lots of goodies from the Tropical Vacation line from Karen Foster Design were the perfect start.

This card is for my mom who is very traditional. A simple piece of Valentine paper (yep, Valentine!) was the base for this design. The sentiment comes from the Straightforward set of myStampBOX stamps.

My final card to share goes ALL OUT! My sister Michele is quite the free spirit, so I carefully chose products from KFD's Girls Night Out and Bachelorette Party collections to make her card. Touches of glitter, zebra print, and sass complete the look.

No matter what the Moms are in your life, you are bound to find products to create the perfect card for them. Happy scrapping, and Happy Mother's Day!

myStampBOX + Karen Foster Design: Graduation

It's that time of year for signing yearbooks and getting fitted for caps and gowns. Next week I'll be driving to North Carolina to celebrate the college graduation of my dear niece, Lauren. Here's the card I made for her.

I used several sets of myStampBOX sentiment stamps to create the front panel of her card: Mention It, Whatever!, and Bits and Pieces. I inked using multiple colors of Tim Holtz Distress Inks to create the mottled look. I love how I was able to match the colors in the patterned papers.

The graduation papers and stickers and Scrappers Spool floss are from Karen Foster Design. KFD rocks the scrapping world with the best themed paper lines in the industry. Happy scrapping!
