Scrappin' Sports Stuff: Blue/Red Belt

It's my day on the Scrappin' Sports Stuff blog, and I'm sharing a layout about Ian's belt test from November '09. I had fun tinkering with some lasercut titles to create a custom one using two colors to match his newly-earned belt. Hop over to the SSS blog to check out all the details!

And the Rest O'the Day to You!

Happy St. Pat's! Today some of the designers at myStampBOX are sharing all sorts of green creations, so pop over there to take a look. I made the shamrock on my card using the heart from Seal It! and the doodled bracket from Sigh Gush Gasp. The sentiment is from a new Winter CHA stamp release called Whatever. It's one of my new favorites! (I'm brewing an idea for a layout using that set, so stay tuned!) The journaling card and green paper (used with a QuicKutz scroll border die) are new My Mine's Eye Quite Contrary.

I hope you find your way to the end of the rainbow today!

Just Add Sweets!

Welcome to the Just Add Sweets Blog Hop with myStampBOX!

If you have just happened upon my blog today, you may want to head to the start of the blog hop today, the myStampBOX blog.

Here is our Just Add Sweets Blog Hop schedule just in case you missed anyone:

The design team's challenge was to take the theme of our blog hop and apply the colours of white, pink and orange to their creations. I stamped a little treat box for my son's classroom teacher. I like to give out hand lotion and lip balm with their Valentine treats since the weather is so harsh at this time of year. I even recycled the piece of clear acetate that my stamps were adhered to in the case and lined the window opening in the treat box! I also stamped the background and sentiment for the matching card.

For participating in the blog hop by leaving a comment on each and every participating myStamp BOX designer's blog, you have a chance to win a set of brand new stamps sets being released this month! So leave a comment on all the blog posts and then return to the mSB blog and tell us what you favorite project was along the way for a chance to win! Have fun!

Please hop along to the next designer, the fabulous Elisa Kammerdiener, to check out her sweet work!
