Today at the myStampBOX blog we're featuring the new suitcase chipboard album. I had such a fun time decorating my album with photos from a local Children's Museum. My boys were able to travel through time and around the world in just one afternoon thanks to the hard work of the people who run this special place. The mini album is going to be a gift for my parents since we were visiting them when we went to the museum.
(Click on photos for a closer look!)
I covered the entire album using old Cosmo Cricket papers that I have been hoarding forever. I thought that they were the perfect look for this project, so I gladly used them. For the handles, I used an old-school answer to today's washi tape trend, gaffer's tape! This stretchy, self-adhesive tape wrapped around the handles and added a little old-fashioned pattern to the design.
I stamped some corner designs using Road Trip images and the title using Summer Alphas.
Of course I stamped around many of the photos, adding captions or embellishments here and there. The stamp sets displayed are Just Add Notes, Bold Blocks, Backgrounds, Passport to Adventure, and Seal It!
