Scrapbook {Express}ions: Custom Brads
Here's a brad that I custom-colored with alcohol inks. Check out the Scrapbook {Express}ions blog today for the step by step directions for this technique.
I can't get enough of the products by Tim Holtz and Bo Bunny these days, and this card is covered in them! ♥ I also used a sentiment from the Lines of Life set of stamps by myStampBOX. No matter what ails you, I hope you're better soon!

Happy Father's Day!
Today's the day to honor all the dads in our lives, so remember to call, hug or high-five the ones in your life! Here are some of the Father's Day cards I made this year. (Click the image for a closer look.) Check out the Scrappin' Sports Stuff blog for all the supplies and instructions.

myStampBOX: 1859 Balloon Voyage
We recently visited one of our favorite local points of interest - Conner Prairie. Nearly one year ago they installed a new exhibit called 1859 Balloon Voyage, and we finally got to give it a try! We soared 400 feet into the air and could see for miles! It was so calm and quiet just floating over the farm. I used the Seal It! and Your Story sets of stamps from myStampBOX on this layout. If you're a Hoosier or are visiting Indy anytime soon, check it out!

The challenge for this Blog Hop was to take anything that makes you think of Summer and create a project that fits the theme.
You participate in the blog hop by leaving a comment on each and every participating myStamp BOX designer's blog and all of our partner companies' blogs as well. You have a chance to win a set of stamps! Our partner companies will offer up a prize as well, so leave a comment on all the blog posts and then return to the mSB blog and tell us what you favourite project was along the way for a chance to win. Have fun!
Here's what I made for the hop! Once the weather got warm we decided to get a Slip & Slide. My youngest son has become quite the slippery expert, and these photos really catch him in full flying mode! I used the Funky Alphabet set to create words in my title raised on pop dots.
The cheery sun in the corner comes from the Wishing You Sunshine set. I also stamped out a polka dot cloud from the same set and die cut some tiny stars to dot the lower case i's in the word Slidin'.

Scrapbooker Online Crop
We're having a week of challenges at Scrapbooker Online, and this challenge was a doozie! Our New England sista Sue asked us to create a layout without using any sticky adhesive - no glue, tape runner, pop dots, stickers, etc. I managed to fasten everything to this layout using brads, eyelets and twine. Who said it couldn't be done? I also used the fun BOLD BLOCKS set of stamps from myStampBOX. I'm finally tackling our Disney pictures from last fall, so more layouts are on the way!
Check back for our myStampBOX blog hop on Thursday June 17th as well. It'll be chock-full of summer fun!
