We are giving away some amazing product from both participating companies. All you have to do is COMMENT on all designer blogs along your journey to WIN. Our three blog hop winners will be drawn from all participants, so be sure to leave comments by Sunday March 25th at 6pm EST. We will announce the winners on the myStamp BOX blog and Faber-Castell blog on Monday, March 26th. Good Luck!

Here is what I made using products from Faber-Castell and myStamp BOX:

I received Faber-Castell's Mixed Media Sampler with metallic shades of gold and silver. I rubbed the creamy Gelatos across brown cardstock, highlighting the texture with each scribble. These luscious acid-free pigment sticks glide on vibrant color and blend beautifully with or without water. The metallics work especially well on dark papers!

I stamped the animal print pattern from myStampBOX's Graphic Border set and heat-embossed in gold. I added a little faux stitching with Faber-Castell's silver PITT artist pen. This pen is made with professional-quality odorless India ink that won’t bleed through your projects, and is waterproof, lightfast and archival. The sentiment came from the Whatever! stamp set.

Now it’s time to HOP along and find out what the next talented designer has created. Your next designer is the fabulous Rita from Faber-Castell . Don’t forget to leave a comment below for a chance to WIN one of our three product giveaways!

myStampBOX: Thank You Cards

I needed a few quick thank you cards this week and turned to two stamp sets from myStampBOX to get the job done. I stamped the flower from A Flower For You in three colors of Distress Ink on smooth white cardstock. The fun, spring colors make me so happy! The sentiment from Mention It! was stamped on a small label shape and offset in the lower corner. I added a little bling to the center of each flower and voila, quick and easy thank you cards! I hope the folks who get these cards enjoy them. See you for more exciting blog posts this week including our partner hop with Faber-Castell!

myStampBOX: Inspired by St. Patrick's Day

Join the Design Team at the myStampBOX blog for lots of great projects inspired by St. Patrick's Day. Here's what I made:

I stamped the card base using the bubblewrap image from Backgrounds using several green shades of Tim Holtz Distress Ink. The tiny (and silly!) sentiment came from Mini Alphas. The lovely orange collage paper is by Karen Foster Design.

My focal point image is a birdie from the new January CHA release set called Warm Tweets. Once I saw his little tartan hat and scarf, I knew that he could be Irish! I colored the image with Prismacolor pencils and used Gamsol (odorless mineral spirits) to blend the colors.

I hope you enjoyed my project. Be sure to visit the myStampBOX blog for more designer projects inspired by St. Patrick's Day!
